Technology troubleshooting can involve risk, including data loss, settings changes, failed parts, compatibility issues, or a device still not working after service.

Quotes Are Free

Asking for a quote is free. If you schedule service and we come out, inspect, troubleshoot, or diagnose the issue, basic help starts at $25.

No Guaranteed Fix

We may try to fix something and it may still not work. Some issues require parts, replacement, manufacturer support, professional repair, or another provider.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up important data and understanding that customer-provided parts are installed at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed.

By submitting a quote request, you acknowledge the risks of tech troubleshooting and repair. You understand that Owensboro On Demand may not be responsible for damages, data loss, failed parts, pre-existing issues, or problems outside our control. You also understand that a diagnostic/service minimum may still be required even if the issue cannot be fully fixed.
