Before scheduling
Technology troubleshooting involves some risk. Here's what to know upfront.
Asking for a quote costs nothing. If you schedule service and we come out to inspect, troubleshoot, or diagnose the issue, the starting rate applies.
We may attempt a repair and it may still not fully resolve the issue. Some problems require parts, manufacturer support, or a different provider. We'll be honest about this before spending your time or money.
Customers are responsible for backing up important data before service. Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.
After a website is completed and paid for, you receive access to the website, domain, and hosting accounts. We don't hold websites hostage. Small updates may be included when reasonable. Larger changes may require an additional fee.
