Yes. We can help set up new modems, routers, mesh WiFi systems, passwords, device connections, and basic home network troubleshooting.

How much does basic help cost?

Quotes are free, and basic help starts at $25. That minimum helps cover time, travel, diagnosis, and company savings. More involved jobs, part replacement, or longer troubleshooting may cost more. We will give a clear quote before work starts.

Should I upload photos?

No upload is needed on the website. If photos would help, please attach them by email or send them by text after submitting your request.

Can every repair be guaranteed?

No tech issue can be fully guaranteed before or after inspection. We may diagnose or try to fix an issue and the device may still not work. The diagnostic/service minimum may still apply because time, travel, and troubleshooting were provided. Customer-provided parts are installed at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed.
